Instructions for Custom Heat Moldable Insoles
Heating activates our Gamechangers Elite's proprietary arch technology, which causes the insole to expand and shape to your foot.
- First trim the width of your insoles and fit them into your shoe before heating.
- Next place in the insoles in a preheated oven at 250 °F for 8-10 minutes.
- Make sure to wait until the arch chamber is inflated, being careful not to fold the insole while it's hot.
- Once ready, place the insoles in your shoes and walk until cool.
The typical break-in period for FP Insoles Gamechangers Elite is 1-3 days.

Please see picture attached and response from customer service below. Complete joke and a rip-off to charge $50 for this junk! “Hello, This product doesn’t look damaged. Due to our unique production method the arch chamber can sometimes extrude a bit out of the bottom. While normal insoles are made with layers, FP Insoles have liquid injected around internal parts that turns into foam. Sometimes there are cosmetic imperfections like what you showed. Thanks”

Ordered these on March 5th. Reached out after 2 weeks to see if there was an issue with inventory and was told they would ship in a few days. It's been a few week since I was told a few days and my order is still processing.

Ordered on March 5th and order still says "preparing to ship" I reached out after 2 weeks asking about an ETA or if it was an inventory issue. Their reply was the item is preparing to ship and will ship "in a few days." I waited another 2 weeks before deciding to leave this review.

Bought a pair of these insoles because I’ve tried dozens of others beside custom orthotics. I’ve had multiple knee surgeries and due to lack of muscles in my hips and knees my feet over pronate. This is difficult when finding comfortable insoles for being on my feet every day. But these insoles have last almost 2 years and 2 sets of work boots! Normally by 6 months my feet are hurting and it’s time for new inserts. Ready to buy another set as soon as the men’s 10-10.5 are in stock
